My god, this stuff is crack. My favorite cured meat. I was once tasked with driving 2kg of this delicious delight down to Warnambool for a wedding. Let me just say that 2kg did not make it the full distance.

Delicious, the recipie or ingredients seem to be a little bit different from how i used to remember .them from this store many years ago, but still very delicious
